You will also witness the Temple of Harishchandreshwar and KonkanKada which provides a scenic view of the surrounding region and the setting sun.  A trek to Harishchandragad fort in the monsoons is the perfect way to spend the weekend with your friends or family. The Kokankada cliff faces west and looks down upon the Konkan. It provides views of the surrounding region.
